Participate in the Adopt a Highway Program
The club has adopted 1.8 miles of route 1694 in Oldham County. This road is part of the Ironman Louisville course, and is well-used by many of the local cyclists and triathletes. The club is responsible for trash pickup on this section of road 4 times per year.
Ford Ironman Louisville
For 2008, the club will staff the first water stop on the bike, located on route 1694, the very same section of road that the club has adopted. Seemed like a perfect fit.
